Befimmo completes divestment of Kubissimmo S.à r.l.

Luxembourg, 30 September 2025. Befimmo is delighted to announce the successful sale of 100% of the shares of Kubissimmo S.à r.l., holding as main asset the “Cubus”, located in the Howald district of Luxembourg.

Originally built in 2008, the Cubus asset comprises approximately 4,955 sqm of office space spread over five floors and is let to high-quality tenants. Furthermore, the asset benefits from a spacious garden, electric charging points, bike parking and a BREEAM InUse Excellent certification.
