Befimmo launches N.A.B.S.: a new vision of interiors and architecture
Belgian real estate developer Befimmo introduces Not A Bike Shop (N.A.B.S.), a design studio that completely rethinks the traditional use of spaces. With a focus on design, architecture, and flexibility, N.A.B.S. targets a variety of spaces, including offices, retail, and hospitality, offering a fresh and innovative approach in a market where standard solutions are the norm.

A new standard for creativity and elegance
N.A.B.S. is more than just a design studio. It combines architecture and object creation with a keen eye for what is distinctive and remarkable. By pushing boundaries and taking a radical look at spaces, it creates designs that combine elegance and lightness with a touch of subtle, well-placed humour. There are no gimmicks - just surprising creations that are as unexpected as they are timeless.
CEO Kenny Decommer, formerly Head of Architecture and Design at Silversquare, leads the team and directs this unique vision. According to him, it’s about finding the balance between the unique and the functional: "We want to create spaces that are not only different but also leave a lasting impression. It’s a search for a quirky harmony between design, poetry, and a touch of humour, juste comme il faut."
Breaking with the status quo
In a saturated market, N.A.B.S. deliberately chooses a different approach. There are no standard solutions - only designs that dare to push the boundaries of taste and trends. Projects such as the coworking and event spaces Silversquare and Sparks bring this vision to life, setting an inspiring example for others.
